We often make reference to the writer of a book in the Bible. For example, we say that the Apostle Paul wrote the Epistles, Matthew wrote the book of Matthew, John wrote 1 John and Revelation, the prophet Isaiah wrote the book of Isaiah, and so on. So we get the impression that the Bible was written by various writers. But when we get used to looking at the whole Bible, we come up with a different conclusion altogether. God used many people to pen the words in the Bible. So how do we know what to trust? Can we dare say that God Himself wrote the entire Bible?
What we must never lose sight of is the fact that the entire Bible is the infallible – which means absolutely correct - Word of God. God is the author of the Bible, which is His Book. We can say with no hesitation that the author of the Bible is God Himself.
